Our MPPT charge controllers have a built-in low or high voltage cut off, which protects the batteries and keeps them healthy for longer run times. One of the features the MPPT controllers have the ability
to shut off during low voltage times (11VDC) and bring the controller back online once it reaches 12.5VDC. After three attempts, the controller will auto shut off the LOAD settings to off.
The load will turn off if the load exceeds the MPPT current rating. 20A or 30A depending on the MPPT controller.
The system will retry a few times and then if still in overload it will turn off and wait for manual reset which involves a power cycle of the MPPT controller.
