Our MPPT charge controllers have a built-in low or high voltage cut off, which protects the batteries and keeps them healthy for longer run times.  One of the features the MPPT controllers have the ability
to shut off the load when the batteries are discharged (11.1VDC) and bring the load back online once battery voltage reaches 12.5VDC.  After three unsuccessful attempts, the controller will automatically turn the LOAD settings to off in order to protect the batteries.

The load will turn off if the load exceeds the MPPT current rating. 20A or 30A depending on the MPPT controller. The system will retry a few times and then if it is still in an overload state, it will turn off and wait for manual reset which involves a power cycle of the MPPT controller.
